At Motown Power Washers we use a low-pressure soft wash system that safely removes mildew, algae, dirt, and stains without damaging surfaces. First, we inspect the area and protect landscaping and sensitive fixtures. We apply a biodegradable, cleaning solution tailored to the surface (roof, siding, or deck) using low-pressure spray equipment and controlled dwell time to break down organic growth. After the solution has done its work, we thoroughly rinse with low-pressure water to remove residue and restore the surface. Finally, we perform a quality check and recommend any follow-up maintenance to keep results lasting.

We start by sweeping the pavers to remove loose debris, then use a pressure washer with an appropriate nozzle and moderate pressure to remove dirt, algae, and stains without damaging the joints. For heavily stained areas we pretreat with a paver-safe cleaner and scrub stubborn spots before rinsing thoroughly. After the surface is clean and fully dry, we apply polymeric sand evenly over the pavers, sweeping it into the joints until they are tightly packed. Finally, we remove excess sand and mist the area lightly with water to activate the polymeric sand and lock the joints in place.
